But I assume you know that the most popular portals for property sales are those which attract agents to display properties as well as owners....as in most modern economies the majority of sales  are  via professional estate agents   

In UK it is not easy to sell direct and if you have a house in Spain and live in UK then that makes it a bit harder

Perhaps an 'on  location service' may help your potential  clients  

I know holiday letting direct portals have done very well but selling is perhaps just a bit more complicated than lets!
