Spanish 'Highway Code'

Do the Spanish have a single-document equivalent of the UK 'Highway Code' ? 

There is obviously alot of info on the internet about driving in Spain but I am trying to find a single source which covers the subject comprehensively but in concise format.

I saw this when I just Googled which about says it all.

'I didn`t think anyone knew enough about driving in Spain to write a highway code.
They just drive anyway they want to.... turn left out of a right hand lane, park on roundabouts, red light means a chance to rundown a tourist, the list is never ending....'
 

If you can't find one try the Motoring in Spain book by Brain J Deller, which is handy as an English alternative though as it outlines the main points you need to be aware of.
