Driving with pets

Hi everyone
I am planning to drive from the UK this christmas with my 2 pet weimaraners and plan to take 3 days each way to costa del sol. I have done the trip before in 2 days but it was very tiring. The problem that I have is that the dogs need to see a vet between 24 and 48 hours before entering back in to UK. I will probably be around Madrid when this needs to be done and I wonder if somebody could recommend an english speaking ( if poss but not essential ) veterinary clinic in the region which, preferably, doesn't involve too much of a detour in to the city.
