Dear Sophie:
There is no registration requisites to work as a home childminder in Spain. If you hold a Nursery degree that will be enough to work as a childminder at any house. If you are looking to work in a " guarderia", which is quite wise as there is very few bilinguals nurseries and it is very much needed, you would need a degree of Tecnica especialista en educacion infantil. Yours in the UK could be valid here.
It is interesting I was thinking how important is to have those services proffessionalised in Spain: I meant the work of nannies at home or housekeepers, as we are more and more women in proffessional charges of risponsability and need to rely on proffessional services for house keeping and children´s care.
What do you think?
