has anybody just recently just flown in and out of gibraltar i was wondering as im sure when i went last year that you dont go through any border/security spanish checkpoints so you can bring back a few cartons of cigarrettes is this the case still does anybody fly in/out regular and deffinetly know the position!!! thanks

If you fly to Gibraltar and stay in Gibraltar you do not cross any Frontier.
When you fly out , you can load up with cigarettes, but run the risk of being stopped when you land back in UK.
Cigarettes/Tobacco/Alcohol bought in Gibraltar is 'Duty Free' so you have an allowance for each being 1 carton of cigarettes for example.
