Iberian International - have you had problems with them - I have you have to chase them for everything they are part of a group which includes Iberian International, Atlas International, AIB Technical, Costa Blance Baleares.
When you buy a property they will be keen to take your money, if you find problems they will blame it on other companies within their group ie AIB Technical and leave you in the lurch see my other threads for full details.
I would advise anyone to avoid them - John Sawyer their director disappears when when there is any problems
What problems have you had with this company? Any solicitors had problems with them?
