The best are the distressed one...not nice for the sellers but Ok for the buyers

eg 2 bed duplex in nice gated complex in Almeria ...they paid 185.000 € will now sell for 130.000 € just to repay debt or even a 3 bed quad ready now asking price reduced from 189.000 € to 139.000 € in Mercia...and so on....villas in any price range

Exchange rate predicted to improve also

so if you are thinking of buying for life style reasons...worth having a good look just now

Welcome to the site, it's very friendly and if you need any help on anything to do with buying in Spain you can't go wrong, We bought two years ago and were helped along the way by EOS and could not have done it without the help we got.

Also met lots of lovely people in Duquesa throu this site, friends we have become very close to us just by chatting on this site and then we used to all meet up, I would put something on the site like anyone coming out and give the date even Justin and Susan who run the site would turn up.

This site is a great resource, i went from home in spain dreamer to house owner to community president and got loads of useful help and advice here! 

(by the way the answer to anyone asking if you think you wanted to do community presidend should normally be no I am told!!)
