Wealth Tax - Help!!

I contacted my Fiscal recently as I thought the wealth tax for non residents was cancelled from January 2008.  However, he advised me that it has been, but there is still tax to pay on theoretical 'rent' that you recieve from the property - below is what he said

Yes wealth tax has been abolished but you still need to pay renta.You now use form 210 instead of form 214.If you read all the different threads in Spanish taxes forum you should find all the information you need and maybe save money doing it yourself.
