Hi Sandra - I googled Hotpoint Spain and got their details. They have joined with Ariston and the full range of appliances is listed on their website. I don't know the postcode for Murcia but they certainly have lots of suppliers close to there.
All electical appliances work here OK but you need to remember to use Calgon or similar in your machines to stop them furring up really quickly - or else fit a water softener to the house water supply.
Good luck with your move!

Washing soda is cheaper than Calgon and works just as well, as does an empty was with white vinegar.

Interesting! As someone who uses Calgon (sparingly due to price!) here in the UK and hadn't thought about using it in Spain how much soda chrystals or white vinegar is recommended?

A 1kg bag of soda crystals is 76p in Sainsburys. Take a look at this site for ideas and tips.

Does any one know what soda crystals are called in Spain and are they easily available in most supermarkets?
Are they as cheap over there as here?
Thanks
