is my polaris world contract legal

hi all

my apartment at terrazas is to be ready summer next year,i may be loosing my job in january so going to struggle with mortgage.

after looking at my contract my wife and i have only signed the last page even though polaris signed everyone and the original

letter states sign each page.in a nutshell is it legal incomplete etc or is it me clutching at straws.as for not being able to get a mortgage

what are my options help and advice all welcome. hope maria reads this she seems switched on

You can ask for the cancellation of your contract if you are not able to get a mortgage.
