I am so disappointed by the attitude of this school. I will name and shame if I have to and mention it on every forum I come across. This behaviour is simply not acceptable. He is trying every way he can to get out of paying our deposit back to us. We have always paid the fees and given the correct notice. I have already threatened him with a lawyer. I dont think he thinks I will go through with it. He doesnt know me then. I will be outside the school with a placard if I have to. Yet another British rip off merchant!!
I decided to take my daughter out of her private school in Estepona and put her in the local school in September. This was discussed with the Headmaster and he was given the correct amount of notice. The deposit we paid on registration should have been returned on the last day of term but he has now decided that he wont give it to us. We have always paid the school fees and cannot see what the problem is.
Does anyone have any advice for me. I dont know what to do.
I have been trying to contact Bryan for 2 weeks now to volunteer my help. Is the phone no correct. I wonder how many other people are trying to contact him? I have left 2 messages and called several times with no answer. Can anyone help with this?
I would steer clear if I were you. Lots of their offices are closed now. My daughter worked for them and they do work their staff do death. She was still expected to go into the office in the afternoon if she had flown back very early in the morning from an exhibition. She had no time off I had to help her with dry cleaning/packing etc. Stay away from them. For anyone who wants to complain there is a consumer office.
