Thursday Legionnaire's Procession Malaga
The Comments |
Hi, I hope you can help. We intend to go to Malaga early tomorrow - hopefully to see the Legionnaire's procession arrive at the Port, accompanied by the soldiers. We particularly want to go in the daytime but can find no information about this (as in what time it arrives at the Port) - any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and happy easter,
Jane

Maundy Thursday (29th March)
Cristo de Mena (also known as Cristo de la Buena Muerte): Arriving in Malaga port at around 11am, escorted by the Spanish Foreign Legion, this is probably the most popular, and certainly the most spectacular of the Easter processions. The procession also passes by the Alameda later in the evening at approximately 8:35 pm.
