Do you mean claims (specific complaints relating to individual cases e.g. compromising delays, inconsistent rulings, failure to recognise inalienable rights, legal negligence etc) or suggestions to improve the system Maria?

This information would be helpful before those effected start writing their complaints. Even on this website there are so many people who have lost out because of the delays of the courts and the judicial system. Even allowing banks to ignore judgements for years until finally the Developer in question files for bankruptcy.
