Legal tip 1118. NEW! Recent Court Decission on Timeshare refunds
Wednesday, February 26, 2014 @ 5:13 PM
By Pontevedra Appeal Court on last 18th of December 2013:
" Therefore, the contract does not include , the obligatory data according to Law: date of granting of deeds, authorizing Notary and registration reference in the Land Registry"
All this leads to understand that the contract is void for contravening provisions of Articles 1 , 3 and 4 of Law 42/1998 and that the Timeshare company needs to refund all payments made by the claimant.
