Zurich Insurance PLC plus Nadalsol condemned jointly and severally to refund our clients in Medina Golf Residencial all off plan advanced amounts plus legal interests plus legal fees.

This is good news Maria for you and clients. Maybe now, Judges and the legal system are waking up to the fact that are laws which protect consumers but Developers an banks have not adhered to respect such laws. In the past, courts too have ignored these rights.
Have to see if appeals are raised but in the end, hopefully good sense from smart judges will uphold this decision.
