In regards to time-barring, there are 4 years always on as you keep being under this clause.

I am of the opinion that any transaction by which you renounced these refunds with the Bank is also null and void as against imperative rules of Consumers Protection

Dear Gibbo:

There is no norm to pay if you are under a no win no fee agreement.
Bar associations establish minimums that lawyer cannot breach by feeing under those limits but, negotiation is always free.
