P1 means First Instance Courty and P2 means Appeal Court ( or Second Instance) ;)

can you please tell me Maria why when the banks have lost their appeal, can they appeal again to the supremecourt,i thought the law in Spainis the looser pays the cost,

Under determined criteria, losers at Appeal Court have a right to go to Cassation at the Supreme Court.

Yes, general rule in Spain is that party losing the case pays legal costs.
