Could I ask is there any way that you can show for each case how long the relevant Bank was in possession of those deposited monies (i.e date of deposit) as an indication of true timeframes associated with these case wins, and if ongoing appeals are still outstanding, either by the Banks or by the client ( for instance in cases where appeals for interest backdated to date of deposit are still outstanding).

Provision of this accompanying detail would provide an immediate means of identifying the real timeframes associated with litigation against the Banks from the outset of deposit, thus providing greater transparency and ability to make useful comparisons relating to regional delays and appeals.
