We were at Malaga Court with Banco Popular and our developer was Aifos but two of the Aifos entries have not included the complex names ? Plus if the dates were included it would make it easier to identify the cases ?

i have sent a couple of messages to you but not had a reply yet. Can you put my mind at rest ?
We are waiting refund of principal amount from Caixa Bank ref Gardens of Manilva . We were told it should be about 6-8 months from sentence which was NOT appealed. It is now 9 months ...What happens if the bank does not refund us soon is there a procedure to MAKE the bank pay?
I am getting very worried. Please can you reassure me that we will eventually get our money back ?

It’s been so long that I can’t really remember when María Castro
and her team took on my case to cancel my purchase contract which they succeeded in doing.
Then with no chance of getting my money back María and her team made the case against the bank and won, much to my relief.
It has been 12 or 13 years I think since I started down this road.
And the best decision I ever made was to ask María to look at my case.
I have been impatient at times .
And if I receive my money before the year ends it will go a little way to cheer me up after what has been the most difficult time

I am just a very anxious person and like so many others in our group case ref Manilva Gardens are very keen to get the refund of deposit and hopefully the interest too at a later date ..
