Many thanks for the post. So good to hear that some of the banks have taken on board the failure to give their customers value when they purchased property in Spain. Maria appears to be very successful in helping the purchasers to over come the poor advise from the lawyers and companies. Our community has suffered from a Builder that ceased to trade and complete the complex. We as the community paid a company of lawyers to help but obviously chose the lawyer without the correct knowledge and knowhow. 10 years later
we have received NO compensation. And the lack of funds to go forward. Many of the original owners have sold on and lost 50% of the value of the property they paid for while the stayers are still funding the unfinished complex. Sadly we will never recover because the Lawyers and the Governing powers cheated us by failing to do the work they were paid to do.
10 years without the meters for utilities even though the Builder has been paid twice to do the work. The freeloaders that did not pay the community fees which gave them the utility powers have been sued but many still do not pay. Will they ever.
