Unless Spain changes it's rules and regulations it will not find enough entrepeneurs to turn the economy around.
The whole system in Spain is geared to knock the entrepeneurial spirit out of most people before they even get started.
If I want to start a business in the UK I can register a Limited company, get a VAT number and open a bank account in a week and it can be done for less than £100 and I don't need a license in most cases.
Starting a small Limited or SL business in Spain can take months, you will be buried in paperwork and it can cost thousands before you can start up.
