Happy New Year to you all.

A lot of groundwork has been done in 2009 and 2010 in relation to Banks Liabilites under LEY 57/68. I have a feeling that 2011 maybe the year in which all that hard work and behind the scenes efforts finally begins to deliver positive results for those of us who have been so badly treated by the Banks & Developers.

Very slowly the tide was beginning to turn in favour of the consumer during 2010 and I am feeling very positive that during 2011 more and more Judges will uphold the inalienable rights granted to purchasers under LEY 57/68.
