A report to the Ministry of Justice
Tuesday, September 2, 2008 @ 11:23 PM
Ok. Now...
After all those commentaries you have made below on the lack of trust in spanish system, spanish law and spanish lawyers.
I am ready to start preparing a report to be brought to the Law Society and Ministry of Justice regarding those bad pratices and misrepresentation you talk about.
I need you to get involved. Those of you who were misrepresented by lawyers please contact us so we can send to you a survey and a document for you to fill in and send back to us with your signature. Of course we will keep the confidentiality on your names and on names of those lawyers.
We will bring it first to Provintial Bar Associations and National Council of Lawyers with jurisdiction and then to the Ministry of Justice.
But... you need to get involved....as....
in the past, every time I have asked you to get involved in an initiative like that , I was very surprised that .....very few of you reactioned and contacted us.
I hope to have at least 150 testimonials so we can make a serious compilation of experiences to conclude a comprehensive analysis so we can ask for some changes.
I am getting a very bad name among some of my colleagues, but they are precisely those whose opinion count nothing for me.
Please email us to web at costaluzlawyers.es with the subject: Law Society, so we can send to you these papers.
Wait for you there,
Maria
