If you rent your property out, use a product to submitt the contract to arbitration ( no Courts) and hire an Insurance for unpaid rents.

That will take all the stress out regarding Rentals in Spain. I can give to you my Lawyer´s word.

I think Justin will be helping you a bit with this soon.

Having made the biggest mistake of my life in buying in Spain and now not being able to sell,I'm thinking about letting but would really like to know of the pitfalls of letting in Spain. Any guidance would be very much appreciated pls.
