The PSOE have now requested answers from the Prime Minister on 8 occasions.
Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy could face a vote of no confidence in Parliament if he continues to refuse to appear in Congress and explain his involvement in the Bárcenas affair and the two decades of alleged false accounting practices in the PP party of which he is leader.
