What a shame, San Javier is so perfect for me but will obviously have to go to Corvera as Alicante is terrible

Yeah be a shame to see it go, lovely little airport and got a bit of character unlike Alicante and the likes. Corvera will suit us better as it's only twenty mins away but will have to wait and see what airlines use it and from what British airports.

I can't wait for Corvera. And yes it will, open, just a little later than was originally planned. The next thing will be public transport to and from there.
San Javier was a nice little airport, but I had found it to be a bit thougher to get a good car rental. At least with Alicante there was plenty of choice. I am wondering how good the services will be in Corvera as I have no idea as to what will be available.

Still too much controversy....and why should we believe that this latest "Opening Date" is any different from the ones given in the past....we will know its open when the first brave Airline makes the first commercial flight....and that will most likely be Ryanair....I certainly wouldn't want to be on that first flight ......

I thought Spain was trying to save money. Murcia is in debt. This airport will never make a profit
KEEP IT CLOSED.... MOTHBALL IT
