Theatre on Spanish Television

In the 70s, it became fashionable to do theater in Spanish Television. Now I feel pity, because it does not happen.I thik that it was a good idea, in order to spread Spanish culture and to enjoy many people (very old people; people who are ill in a hospital or in their home; people who live in little villages that are isolated, in a mountain or in a valley).
I know that theatre must be seen in live; but if you watch a play on tv, surely you feel like to see other plays.
Here I want to show you a play named "Mi señor es un señor" ("My lord is a lord").The male protagonist is the actor Juanito Navarro (a comedian so famous in Spain).Juanito Navarro also worked in a lot of films, always in Comedy. Please click down here:
"Mi señor es un señor", with Juanito Navarro, María Isbert, Angel Aranda, Trini Alonso, Inma de Santy, José Lara, Juan Calot, Fina Torres, Ginesa Lozano, Julia Martinez.
I hope that someday, theatre goes back to Television.
Kind regards,
Luis.
