I cannot understand how anybody can arrive for a Ryanair flight without a boarding pass when you are constantly reminded all through the booking procedure of the need to produce this.It seems that some people believe this does not apply to them its the same with the test rack for hand luggage I have seen bags that would not fit if you cut them in half do these people think they are immune from the conditions that apply to the rest of the passengers its always the same old story they try it on they get caught out so they blame good old Ryanair all air lines have guidelines which all have to follow GOD BLESS RYANAIR

I cannot believe the above comment. The boarding pass charges are blatently unfair to passengers. I printed boarding passes for my family prior to departure from Stansted to Seville. The website told me I was not able to check in from Seville to Stansted on return - I had assumed that this would therefore be done at the airport. On presenting flight confirmation number at Seville I was told I needed to have printed my boarding passes whilst on holiday at a remote villa with no access to emails/computers or printers! I was charged 240 Euro on the spot in order for our party of four to be issued boarding passes at the airport! We had been away for over 15 days and I was told that this was the minimum time for printing prior to departure meaning we were out of the country and not able to do this whilst on holiday! Absolute rip-off - we really thought we had played the game well this time with the luggage weight and handluggage sizes etc. Never, never again.

Dear Jane, I hope you were not locked-up in your villa for 15 days, hence unable to spend 15 minutes in an internet café of your choice (plenty available everywhere in Spain) to take care of printing your boarding passes. This would have cost no more then a few Euro's. This is what we always have to do because we usually stay for 6 weeks in a mountain finca that has no internet or even gsm within reach.
At the same time it's a good occasion to check e-mail etc.
Live can be easy can't it ?
