Help with route/car

Hi

Has anybody else had problems with their Solarium roof tiles?

We completed in March of this year and have had problems trying to get the builder to come and repair the tiles which are loose, causing the grouting to come out each time you walk on them, We have contacted the onsite agents and emailed them a number of times, their reply is that they have faxed the builder to come and sort it,we have been out 5 times this year each time expecting the work to have been done but to no avail.

The last time we came out in October we heard there were properties in the village broken into including the one next to the shop and the show house grill was damaged have they caught the culprits yet?

We put the solarium grouting down on the snag list prior to completion and it was redone, however what we did notice on our visit this time is that the solarium roof tiles are cracking. The people in the appartment behind us have said that theirs are the same, and they put it on their snagging list but nothing has been done! Could you let us know who you got in touch with regards to your problems. Perhaps if we all keep nagging the buiders things will get sorted.

We were one of the unfortunate ones on phase 2 that were broken into, as far as we know (we were also out in October) no one has been caught and the break ins seem to be continuing.

Originally we completed the snag list for Atlas International who then passes it on to the builder, we also told the guy in the show home who has since left, we have emailed Atlas snag department twice and they replied they would fax the builder, we emailed the site agents Costa Blanca Baleares the after sales department twice and their reply each time has been that they will fax the builder, we spoke to Pacco the builder whilst we were out in October and he said NO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH and pointed to some faxes on his desk which there were a big pile,  we went to the show home again they said that the builder HAS TO CORRECT THE FAULTS but didn't say which decade it had to be done by. Ha!! Ha!!

We heard that the police were informed about the breakin on the end of phase 2 they were given the registration number of the car and they knew who it was,someone who lives in a caravan on the land by the garage in La Murada.
