We are also in phase one and also completed last November, plot 1266 in block Salvia 4. I went back in January to sort out furniture and by then all the utilities were connected, so I was surprised to see other people on the forum had problems. The call centre can give you info about the status of utilities to your apartment.
We are going over next Monday for a couple of weeks, so perhaps we will see you there. We have employed a Scottish couple as key holders – Alan and Lynn Milton – and are very happy with them. They have just started a property management company but for now we are just using the key holding service, until more town centre facilities are on stream, I will attach their web site details below.
I know that some of the comments on the forum have been negative but all I can say is that we have had no problems at all.
As far as I know this is the progress so far on facilities;
Pools, some are open now and more opening daily.
Kids play areas, at least two or three open so far.
Temporary supermarket, open.
Temp Bar/Café, open
Town Centre, Work started and promise to be ready for next summer.
I have not heard much about a residents committee, but will enquire when we go over next week.
Overall I am fairly happy but of course would have liked to see the town centre open.
