I thought it might be useful to post the following message from another forum, in case anyone's not seen it.

You'll need to remove the spaces in the email address - for some reason the system would let me put in the linked address - sorry.

Hi Elena

You mentioned Resortalia and then quoted 'Restortalia' in the email address.   I believe you meant to use HR@resortalia.com
