Does anybody have any honest idea what is now holding up the occupation license at FSA.  Over 1 year ago I closed on apartment number 46 because Maria told me that the electricity would be connected very soon!!

My snag list on this apartment hasn't been finished even though it was first presented to the developer over 18 months ago.  I am still refusing to close on my 2nd apartment until the list at 46 is completed and all of the snags at the second apartment have also been completed.

Apartment number 46 has had damp problems that Maria has told me have been sorted out now.  In all honestly I don't know what to believe any more.

Victor will not take a call from me and Maria seems to have no contact with Victor (if she does then he is totally ignoring what she tells him),

Even if the occupation license is holding things up I can't understand why they are not sorting out everybody's snags and getting the development in order. The minute the occupation license is granted people can then close on their apartments and the developer will get paid quicker. I may be stating the obvious here but even if the license is issued tomorrow people will refuse to complete until there problems are sorted.  I certainly won't be releasing any more money until everything is sorted out to my satisfaction.  If you are reading this Victor why are you not dealing with these issues.  The quicker you sort our problems the quicker you can be paid!

I have to agree with Jfd, Antonio Owen and others that the only way to bring this to a head is if we all get together to force the developers hand on this.  Is anybody interested?  P Melvin.

Pat & John Bishopp have asked me to put this message on as they are having trouble doing it themselves.

They have been contacted by a few of their FSA neighbours asking for an update on the assumption that they are there full time, they are not actually going over until mid March so currently they have no information so are unable to update .

We are going over end of Feb for a month  so if there is any news we will let you know.

Thanks Rob & Terri

I    believe the licence has been granted last Friday - lets wait and see as I have not heard from my solicitor yet!
