Parking in Benidorm.

Hi All
I have arrived in San Roque golf club in cadiz a couple of minutes away  from Promaga's head office.  I am buying on phase two  in vista hermosa and the completion date is december 2008. 
I have registered my daughter  for school and she starts on the 3rd of september. 
The weather is lovely  and can't get  enough of it. 
With weather like that it puts everything into perspective as to why i am moving here. 
I have not been stressed out at all and getting into this relaxing thing very quickly.

I noted that you are getting ready to move.
We are buying at phase 4,is yours ready to move into?
we see your completion date is december have you been asked for the final payment yet?
have you been given the cert of habilitation yet? Although the other phases are not completed?
If you could give us any indication of when other phases are due to be completed this would be much appreciated.
If you coud post any development photos this would also be much appreciated.

We are also buying in Phase 4 and would be very interested in any answers you may have to the questions from Calvin.

We've been told approx March 09 for completion of Phase 4. I must admit, I thought that the whole development had to be complete before the Licence of Habitation was issued. But it may be done in Phases.

We would love to see any photos from either of you when you have visited the site.
