Recently downloaded the TDLT brochure from the PW site and it now shows that the ground floor apartments now come with private gardens. The sizes range from 6-70sqm depending on apartment block situation.
When we bought (2.5 years ago) PW were not sure if these apartments would have private garden areas - so this is great news - more room for the hot tub!!
Spoken to customer services and they have confirmed this, and also that a show apartment should be open by August.

Hi

Thanks for the update nice to see things are moving along now.  I was on the old phase 3 first floor apartment and chose to take the discount offered and move to phase 2 ground floor with a 37 Sq mtr garden so I will be happy when it is finally completed i feel a good move on my part if I say so myself !!!!
