If an individual or group were to book Roda Golf through www.clubmurcia.com they would pay 65 euros, a decent discount to Roda's rack rate of 80.

I do wish clubs would pass on same benefits to all wanting to play rather than passing it on to agents.

I know it is a small point but it also dilutes the 40% discount offered to Rights Holders bearing in mind the large upfront investment.

I do agree with lanric and barry that we have all bought in the right place but the current economic trends will have an impact on ALL clubs and developments as Spain is heavily dependent on Brits.

As an update

After a meeting in Roda with a number of Spanish Rights holders and a few resident Brits a small group including a Spanish Notary were delegated to talk to Calidona to take this forward.
This meeting took place in early September with a number of issues being raised both locally and from those of you on here who put forward your own thoughts passed on by myself.
A number  of very senior personnel from Calidona were present so it is good to know they take the support of a possible Rights Holders Association seriously.

The next meeting is scheduled for later this month where answers to the the many points raised may be forthcoming. Any progress may not happen overnight but it looks as if this will be an ongoing process whereby those of us that feel part of the golf club can have a say.
