It must be pretty imminent - I was given this coming Thursday ( 23rd Nov) - as a possible date to sign on behalf of an owner for whom I have power of attorney.

Unfortunately - it can't happen - as his mortgage is not completely ready - but at least it means that they were willing and ready to have done it.

Yes - completed on Thursday the 16th and in fact have received the keys in the UK to the apartment today - at last
