It will be interesting to know who our new administrators will be I did not realise there were 10 communities on Los Collados I have been trying to work out what they all are.

Not sure if I have done right thing (seeing previous threads on EOS) but have put myself forward as an informal point of contact for UK residents with properties on "Golf" - this was partly because we were only ones present at recent AGM Have to say Jose was very receptive and has been helpful whenever I have spoken to him 

I suppose the natural progression would be a UK rep for each of the communities - like you Carolynn have no idea where the 10 are but unless we all come together I fear for the upkeep of all the developments and extras like tennis etc

Can we agree one forum for the Los Collados feedback rather than trawling through loads? - not sure how being a novice on here - anyone got any thoughts

If we are to use just one forum may be best to use the Los Collados one as this would cover everyone.

Did the AGM you attended cover all of Collado Golf? We're in Phase 3 and didn't receive any notification of it.

We're still on builder's electricity and water. Last September we lost water on our last day so couldn't go use the bathroom etc. I think we should push for meters to be installed ASAP (although it will cost us!) in case the supply is cut. I think Mar y Casas is feeling the pinch at the moment so who knows what might happen.

AGM was specifically for Golf residents - have you had other e mails from Margarita @ Gesisur ok?

Tend to agree re electric and water and Jose did suggest water would happen soon (we lost our electric for over 24 hours in Feb) - MYCs reaction to legal action was discussed and apparently this has been raised with the utilities companies as a contingency - it may be covered off in the minutes (will let you know when received and forward if necessary)

Hi All,

Thats what happened with ours, they pushed to get the electric sorted incase things went pair shaped and we was left without any at all.  I can find out what exactly needs to be done if you like?   On a down side though, the electric is costing us loads here - we think its the electric boilers, so when it does get changed over make sure yours is turned off when your apartments are empty.  Ours  last bill was 233euros for 2 months and we don't even use the aircon at all, we  was using a calor gas heater! Our water bill is about 60-70 euros every  2 months.
