Hi All
Can anyone tell me how the apartments are left after they have had builders clean??
The photos from our snagging showed it looking a mess with dirt/dust everywhere. Do they just sweep up or do a proper clean, (you know..... womens clean or men's clean! ...ladies you know what I mean  )
I'm having furniture deliverd before I arrive next week and just wondered what to expect on arrival.

As a priority, pull out the metal skirting from around the base of the kitchen. Behind it I found empty yoghurt pots, orange peel, tin foil from sandwiches, empty Fanta bottle - amazingly no creepy crawlies though !
Plus our front door and glass side panel was splattered with spots of white paint. Not very impressive. Back over there next week so hopefully that will be cleaned by now .....

The places are left in a bit of a state and its taking longer and longer to clean these places especially when you have to wait hours for water to be turned back on !!!!!!!!
I was so close to taking this off as one of my services but hey whats a bit of dirt and dead insects between friends 
Still no dongle kiddies Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr 
I am going to have a ´Dongle Party´´when it actually arrives

our apartment was very dusty as well, and as we had our furniture delivered before we went out we had to move everthing around to give a good wash. what annoyed us more was that the kitchen units and bathroom tiles and floor were very splattered with paint, it looked like they had fitted units in kitchen , tiled the bathroom then decided to paint the ceilings! Took a good lot of cleaning! but got there in the end.

Our snagging report mentioned paint splashes on the tiles etc and I assumed this would be cleaned as part of the work done by Polaris. Is this not the case??
