We have not bank garantees and changed lawers from Alonso Haro
who advised us the Huma were good guys and great builders and we
had nothing to worry about!!!!!!!!! to Davies and Co who told us Huma
were totally never to be trusted.
In july we gave Davies POA to sue Huma for our e40k plus costs and int
we were informed it is law to recive BGs and Davies reported Huma to the
body that handles this, hoping for a ruling against Huma.
Davies told me Huma will do anything to stall the cases agianst them and
even on the court steps their lawers will lie or try to get a out of court settlement
less costs/interest/deposit, so this is what we are up against, they think the first
hearing will take untill jan 09, then the Huma stalling will kick in, so it will be a long fight to get justice.
Davies told me to keep well away from OCC, it does not have planning consent
for the 1000 homes, and the only buyers so far are ACC buyers who have been
forced through fear of loosing the deposits to transfer, I looked at the site in July
and would be amazed if Huma can sell this remote development to indipendant
buyers who they have not conned and who have the choice of buying anywere in spain at 30% or less than the prices we paid 3 years ago.
I do hope we all get our deposits back and the fact that Huma have the MCC at
risk if the bust the ACC is in our favour, but if I get mine back I will count it as a bounus more than an expectation..........I have no faith in Huma / Mayors/ Junta/Judges or the Government of Spain. jackb
