I think we have had info on this before but I can't find the thread.
Does anyone have any recommendations for banks in Aguilas? How long does the process take??

We used La Caixa on the seafront in Aguilas and would recommend them.  The process for us only took about 2 weeks and that was August!  You will probably deal with either Narcissi (the Manager) or Ramon (his deputy).  Both very professional and efficient, and speak excellent English.

We used Cajamurcia, on the main road in from San Juan on the left before reaching the Square.  Couldn't have been more help, fixed our account online, and were very keen to practise their English much to the detriment of the queue of Spaniards behind us.  Even had a debit card ordered for us with a Scottish scene on it.  10 out of 10!
