I've checked with the Developer and we do have car park spaces in Block 15, but there are 4 units without which have not been sold yet.

I'd love to see more photos of Phase3 if anybody has any please.

On Friday 9th Feb, my wife and I sigened up for our apartment in Block 14 ( Phase 2). We asked Antonio (Ros Y Falcon) about the length of time it would take to clear -up  all the mess created by the Phase 3 developsment. He told us " that it would be about 18 mths to 2 years before the development would be finished and the developers off the site.

Obviously this bad news for those people wishing to rent out their propertys
