Facilities letter ?

Hi

I would like to know if anyone has had a letter from taray regarding the facilities yet, as when I was over in July we were told that letters would be going out in  September, is it just for the residents there that will recieve them, and if nothing is done within the next few months, are we all prepared to get together for someone to act for us, as we would be losing a lot of value off our properties,   and we are not getting what we paid for, my family don,t want to have to drive everywhere for some facilities,does anyone feel the same, I have tried to get hold of the customer service office on site, but have still got nowhere have left messages but had no reply

I received a copy of the letter from Taray dated 31 July 2008.  Our solicitor forwarded it (after I had asked for it) at the beginning of October.  If you pm me with your e-mail address I'll forward it on to you, along with my translation as it is in Spanish.
