the developer and one properties had declared insolvency owing caja castillia la mancha bank 80 million euro according to el economistas.es article on 5/ 08/2008. this is the bank whuch has the gaurantee for deposits . all owners should contact their solicitors to see if this is true . i am expecting a call from mine this afternoon .
