It is very important for those who are going to complete!!!!
They have 3 possibilities:

1- To pay without finantial operations.
2- to arrive with another bank.
3- to  get the subrogation  in the aifos mortgage.

In the two first cases it is very important to oblige Aifos to ask his bank going with his agent signing in the moment of completion the cancelation of the Aifos Mortgage.
Another behauvieur is the beginning of a new problem for the buyiers!!!!...
