thanks tim
i was up on the site saturday afternoon after taking my daughter to selwo i am suprised its been granted it was still like a building site with rubble still around the complex no sign of any pools etc and there was about 7 trees planted on the slope below azalea. the outside of some of the aparments looked a bit grubby still but with these clowns aifos i am not suprised.

Aifos have not finished the works necessary for the licences to be granted, this is highly unusual and the license was only granted after months of discussions between the bank and the town hall, the banks money is now guarantor that this work will be completed soon.
Each block is in a different state and each owner needs to see their property in person to see if they feel that the property and surrounding area are fit enough to complete upon, some will be some will not!

Hi guys
Was up on the site Saturday night at 7:30 and I can tell you it was red hot. They have cleaned up a lot of the rubbish and it looks a lot better than it did 2/3 weeks ago when I popped up after taking my daughter out for the day to the safari park. I didn’t not go on any of the internal roads as they where all locked up. The gates where on except the one leading to azalea and those at the bottom next to the golf course. Most of the rubbish has been cleared away and there are lots of spaces for pools to be built if there is the will and the money to build them. Most of the bulbs had been fitted to the outside of the houses I am hoping to complete in the next 2 weeks and get the electric and water sorted soon as possible as we have a friends who did it for other friends of ours who where waiting for weeks and got it done the next day after 1 phone call. I have taken a few photos I will attempt post them on this site later in the week if I get near my pc at home
Any way good luck guys hope to see you all up there this year don’t forget to look at tims message board on his site
