I have an apartment in Block 3 - number 2, and my solicitor has advised me that this is due for completion on 6 December with the occupation licence coming through at the same time. Seperately I have heard that the occupation licence has not even been applied for for block 3.

Please can any other owners let me know of their knowledge.

As far as I am aware the Habitation Licence has been applied for on Block 3, but it's Mijas so it could be a long wait.
