Windows instead of patio doors!

I know this has been debated /mentioned on EOS previously, but I wondered if anyone else would like to advise or share their own experiences. We recently completed on our Phase 3B apartment and are really pleased with it and glad that we bought on Roda. However in bedroom 2, we have a window instead of the patio doors and balcony as was detailed on our plans. This is despite Roda countersigning our copy of the plans at our insistence back at the start of the process to try and protect us against this very thing happening. How naive are we?! I refuse to let it take the shine off our purchase, but really don't want to embark on a road to nowhere legal process, which will end up costing loads of dosh and probably achieve nothing anyway. Any thoughts or feedback would be much appreciated.

i think just about everyone has some issue like this. with us it was the stairs to the roof terrace being on the terrrace rather than around the side of the building

to be fair our apartment is a little bigger than the original plans, so swings and roundabouts - i guess

The big one for me and I think for all phase 3A and B owners is they sort 'official' walkway access to the club house and hotel and shopping area when its built. The first phase 3 meeting should have this top of the agenda...
