We have just spent two weeks sorting out our ground floor apartment and am looking forward to going back over Christmas for the rest!!! :)

I wanted to recommend the two companies we used for furniture/white goods delivery. It was all organised via the internet and they delivered everything as promised exactly on time. Furniture Plus did some bedroom & living room furniture as well as our white goods package, they even installed the white goods which consisted of fridge, washing machine & dishwasher. Flatpaxabia was the other company we used and again were really helpful, they shop for Ikea furniture and will deliver and construct items as requested. We shopped for the rest of our bits at Ikea, Brico and Eroski. We took a British TV over with us and it picked up local channels without problems.
We have chosen Mark & Tracy (Jardine 10) to Key Hold for us as they were so flexible in their approach, they are a lovely couple and have no problem recommending them.
Our parking spot was'nt directly outside of our apartment but it was'nt too far. The Jardines are looking as pretty as ever - they have done alot of work at getting rid of those weeds... The pool was v cold!!!!!!!!
We had a look at the Foro site (it is a fast 12 minute walk from Jardine 9) and they are really moving along with it, I would not be surprised at a March completion. The bar is indeed (as previously mentioned) ridiculously expensive but the barman was OK!!! Oh and they have installed two terminals in the bar, I assume ready for internet connnection. The tennis courts were in use (unfortuneately by teenagers/children playing football - why they could'nt use the empty five a side pitch I dont know...)
