Firstly, congratulations on your completion!
With regard to the keys, if you e-mail customer services about the water/electricity, they will sort that out for you. I also e-mailed them and confirmed that they were authorised to release the key to Gary at Polarair - you don't need a special Consent Form, just an e-mail will do giving details of who is to collect the key, date etc.
Yes, there were problems with PW giving the key to people who then left properties unlocked, or doors wide open! We took the key back from them in August when we were over and told them that Carol would be our keyholder from that point and they recorded her details on the computer. I would definitely take the key from them!
