Help and advice needed - Dont Know What To Do?

I have gone through the process of trying to buy an apartment at Manilva Beech. I was helped remorgage my home to get the deposit together. Payed out approx 57k in total. But Ocean V$$w seemed  to have washed there hands on me. Basically saying I will have to chase this Jet plus oil.

I have a solicitor whom doesnt seem to be any good. Desperatly need pointers/help.

Is anyone else in this boat, are Ocean view responsible?

It will get deleted soon but the County Court judgements appear now to be raising yet again every month,

last week £38  K+ alone.
